Prayer – Hands of the Carpenter believes in the powerful tool of prayer where we lift our hearts and minds to God.  Reaching the lofty mission and goals of Hands of the Carpenter will require time, hard work, money, dedication, but undeniably, God’s help.

Whether or not you are able to support Hands of the Carpenter through volunteer efforts or by financial support, we ask with humble hearts that you please pray to God for the mission of Hands of the Carpenter and most of all for the those families and communities in which we serve.

St. Joseph, protect our homes. Pour forth from heaven blessings on our families. Remain in our midst. Help us to live in love and harmony, in peace and joy. May the wholesome fear of God strengthen us that virtue may adorn what we do and our way may lead to heaven.

To you this day we give the key to our dwelling places. Lock out all things that could do us harm. Lock our homes and our loved ones with us in the hearts of Jesus and Mary. This I beg of you, that our days may be like your days in the holy home at Nazareth. Amen.

Financial – It takes money to build a home.  The average cost of building a sustainable home for a family in need in Banica, Dominican Republic is about $8,000.  Hands of the Carpenter is dedicated to its mission and goals of creating sustainable sturdy shelters for our neighbors in need.  Truth be told, money is what is needed the most.  Simply put, the more money we are able to raise, the more families that can receive a home.  We ask that you prayerfully consider donating to our cause as 100% of all donations go toward the mission of building homes for families in desperate need.  Click on the donation link below for more information about how you can support Hands of the Carpenter financially:
